At Pritzy we want to make sure that you receive your order as swiftly as possible, making an easy and satisfying shopping experience for you. Unless specified on the website, the items shown are in stock, which means you can order in confidence knowing that the items will be dispatched and posted to you in timely fashion. Items which are not in stock will usually be specified and may be available to place a waiting order. Please email us if you are interested in a particular item that is listed as out of stock and we will aim to answer with an estimated date of delivery.
Depending on the postage option selected, we will aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, if payment has been made for a next day delivery by courier, then we will dispatch the order the same day if received before 3pm or the next day if the order is received after 3pm (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS).
A typical order will take approximately three days to arrive to you safely, depending on the postage service in your geographical area. If you need your items sooner please contact us to make alternative arrangements by courier.
Some deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival to the specific country. The customer is responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes and we have no control over these costs and cannot provide a calculation of their amount.
